About

I'm Erica Haberman, PT, DPT, a licensed orthopedic clinician with a background in leading high-performing clinical teams and working with active adults who want more than short-term relief.
Over the years, I saw the same pattern again and again: motivated people doing “everything right,” yet cycling through injuries, rehab, flare-ups, and restarts. Not because they weren’t trying — but because their care was fragmented, rushed, and constrained by a system that doesn’t allow for long-term clinical oversight.
That experience is what led me to build a different model. At MXO, I provide private, relationship-based orthopedic care for individuals who value performance, longevity, and confidence in their bodies. My work goes beyond treating isolated injuries. I focus on how the entire system moves, adapts, and responds over time — across training, stress, recovery, and life.
I work with a limited number of private clients each year so I can offer:
-
Continuity instead of episodic care
-
Ongoing reassessment instead of one-time plans
-
Thoughtful progression instead of rigid protocols

My clients are active adults who want to stay strong, capable, and resilient — not just now, but for years to come. Many have tried traditional physical therapy and are looking for a more comprehensive, adaptive approach that evolves as their body and goals change.

I believe orthopedic health is foundational to longevity. When movement feels confident and supported, people train better, live fuller lives, and age with greater independence.

This practice is intentionally small by design. If we work together, it’s because I believe this level of care is the right fit for you — and because you value a proactive, long-term approach to your health.
